Goods wiil only be dispatched when payment covering both the goods ordered and the delivery charge has been paid in full.

PACKAGING
Packaging is a costly item and we try to ensure your goods arrive secure, safe, clearly labelled and in good condition. In addition to this we recycle and reuse any packing that we receive.  It is always helpful to receive your feedback on this matter and your suggestions and comments are appreciated.

AVAILABILITY

All plants are offered subject to availability. We will do our best to fulfil all orders as soon as possible. However some plants due to high demand may be sold out.  Please place your order early to enable you to  purchase the plants you require. Customers who would like to purchase  large quantities of lavender should telephone before placing an order because some plants may need to be grown to order. Generally, plants are available from March to October. Acceptance of orders does not guarantee supply.

DELIVERY TIMES

Friendly note: Instructions given for goods to be left unattended on delivery. eg. in the porch / by the bin etc are only accepted on the understanding that you (our customer) accept responsibility for any loss that may be incurred as a result of us following your instructions.

Kingdom Shipping Details:

Orders are usually packed and despatched on the same working day that the order is received by us. Please allow 14 working days for delivery. The charge £3.50 is to cover postage and packing up to a maximum of 30Kgs. (which covers 95% of orders sent).  If your order exceeds this weight we will contact you to discuss shipping rates.
We undertake to advise you of any delay that might be incurred and you will be offered the option to cancel your order at this time if you wish.

OVERSEAS ORDERS
This site is not set up to automatically process overseas orders.
If you wish to order for overseas delivery please email us advising of your desired order and delivery address and we will respond with details of total price and a method for online payment.
