Postage

Goods for delivery within the U.K. are posted to you using The Royal Mail and usually dispatched within 24 hours of your order being placed.

If you provide us with an incorrect address we reserve the right to charge for any extra carriage costs incurred.

Security

On order processing pages you will notice a small padlock in the bottom right hand corner of your browser, this indicates that these pages that deal with your personal and credit card data are stored on a Secure Server. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is used to protect transmissions of data on these pages.

Your credit card details are not stored on-line once your order has been processed.

We take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

Pricing and Availability

VAT is included in all prices shown on this site.

Goods advertised on this site are subject to change in price and availability without notice. In the interests of good customer services such changes are unlikely.

Returns

Due to the personal nature of our goods returns or exchanges for any reason cannot be facilitated.

If you consider our goods and services to be defective or sub-standard please contact customer services on 07796867727. This does not effect your statutory rights.

Your credit card will not be debited until we post your order.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason.
